I have been doing Pilates with Nikki for over 2 years, having previously practised at a few other studios. Nikki is hands down the best Pilates teacher I have ever come across. Her style of teaching is personalised, very responsive and holistic. Nikki also has a functional science qualification and it really informs her teaching. During my studio classes I do a range of reformer, Cadillac, mat and floor Pilates (the studio is very well equipped). Nikki also teaches very effectively online - she kept me supple (and sane!) during lockdown.

I have been coming to see Nikki for just over a year now. Never having tried Reformer Pilates before I was keen to expand my exercise routine (Boxing/Spin) with something which helped me to build strength in other ways. I tested out a couple of studio's but by far Nikki was the most welcoming, experienced and she also genuinely cares about your overall wellbeing as well as posture. She is flexible when she can be but it's best to have a regular session/2 per week to ensure you see results.

I’ve been doing Pilates with Nikki for the past two years. At first she helped me rehabilitate after I broke my elbow in a bicycle crash, designing a routine to rebuild strength and mobility. With her functional science background, she was able to coordinate with other health professionals I have seen - physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors, for problems related to my accident and other congenital issues. Using their diagnoses, she developed a programme that was right for me and my stage of recovery. Nikki has continued to adapt my programme, using a combination of mat work, Reformer, Cadillac, and other equipment. There is always a clear purpose for each exercise, and she is very attentive to ensure my form is correct. There is no doubt that my body is stronger, more flexible, and more resilient than before my accident. Plus the studio is a fun place to be in! I couldn’t recommend Nikki highly enough.

I cannot recommend Nikki highly enough. She approaches the training holistically and not just addresses the issue, but sets a foundation for a healthier and more balanced life. Her sessions have completely transformed my perception of pilates which can be highly engaging and challenging practice. I would recommend her classes for all levels and abilities as she definitely executes and applies personal approach to each and every client.

I’ve been seeing Nikki for over 4 years now and she’s made an enormous change to my posture and muscular pain.
I struggled to hold shopping bags when I joined the studio due to my shoulders now I can do all sorts.
Being hypermobile I needed someone who could flex my routine to me.
Not only that, but she is the first person to notice my problems were actually due to my hips not my back.
Now pregnant there is no one I would rather see even if she does make me squat!

“I have only known Nikki for a relatively short time. COVID-19 sadly got in the way. But I can say with total honesty “she is a gem“. She knows her stuff backwards and you feel total confidence in her instruction. She is firm but not pushy.
I found I could be make steady progress under her guidance over a relatively short period of time.
On top of all this she has a delightful personality.
What more can you ask of your teacher?”
